What to expect

Please feel free to contact me for a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and whether we both feel we can work together.

We can then have a more in depth consultation so I can understand your training history and the goals you would like to achieve. This will include details around your current commitments and schedule, access to facilities and training groups, any previous injuries or issues you have had to then formulate a bespoke plan for your individual needs

Why have a coach?

Whether you are new to running or a seasoned athlete, having a coach and mentor for your running or training can be hugely beneficial. I can help you structure your running to make the most of your time, schedule, commitments and achieve the goals that you desire.

How can I help you?

  • I can make sure that the effort that you put into your running is efficient to your goals and lifestyle needs
  • Coaching is not about a prescriptive schedule to follow to the rule, it is about understanding your needs as an athlete and working together to achieve your best performance.
  • If you have been running without structure, or perhaps have been following generic online training plans, but feel that you need another level of motivation, accountability, inspiration, fun or support then 1-1 coaching may be for you.
  • I am looking to work with athletes over a longer period of time and be involved in your development as an athlete. Whether you are targeting a particular race, a specific time goal or generally development as an athlete, I can help you achieve these goals.
